Please accept our personal invitation to join the Alaska Black Chamber of Commerce. The Alaska Black Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit, nonpartisan, nonsectarian organization dedicated to the economic empowerment of African American communities through business development and sustainability. The Alaska Chapter was incorporated on July 22, 2008. It is affiliated with the National Black Chamber of Commerce which has been part of the international business community since March 1993.
There are 1 million Black owned businesses in the United States and over 300 Black owned businesses in the State of Alaska. These businesses account for over $100 billion in annual sales. According to the US Census Bureau, African Americans have over $800 billion in expendable income each year.
The Alaska Black Chamber of Commerce is interested in making you, your business, and the economic development of our communities our business. The mission of the Alaska Black Chamber is to educate and train Black Entrepreneurs on the “why” and “how” to participate in this growing competitive economy while collaborating with small business owners to ensure their optimum growth and success of their businesses. Please join us in this endeavor.
